Costume Payments
Please be advised that you can now make your payments online via credit card (VISA/MasterCard only).
To secure your costume booking and avoid cancellation, please make your downpayment immediately.
Downpayment: TT $2,000 (US $352)
Mas Camp Opening Hours:
Monday-Friday, 12pm-6pm
We are closed on Weekends and Public Holidays.
Costumes are not reserved until a downpayment is received.
Your username and password will be required to log into the website.
To make a secure online payment:
- Go to gems.losttribecarnival.com.
- Enter your email address.
- Check your email and enter your OTP (One Time Password)
- Click “Pay Online”
- Enter the amount you would like to pay in TTD.
- Enter your credit card info and click ‘Pay’
- ‘Download invoice’ for your records
Payment Policy
Costume registration is only considered complete after receipt of a down payment. Down payments are required as follows:
- Male Costumes – TT $2,000 (US $352)
- Female Costumes – TT $2,000 (US $352)
Costumes must be paid in full prior to collection, and can be paid:
- At The Lost Tribe’s Mas Camp (Cash & LINX* ONLY).
- Online via Credit Card** (Visa & MasterCard ONLY. Discover and American Express are not accepted).
- Note: Cheques will not be accepted as a form of payment.
* LINX is the local debit card system in Trinidad & Tobago
**Please note that ALL credit card transactions are billed in USD. The conversion amount will be determined by your bank or credit card provider at the time of billing. This amount will be reflected in your credit card statement. Some banks/credit card providers may charge an additional convenience fee.

Refund/Return Policy
Please note that carnival costumes are custom-made items therefore once a down payment is made, it is non-refundable. Additionally, there will be:
- NO exchange or switching of sections.
- NO changing of measurements or sizes
- NO Costume Transfers
- NO Returns accepted
