What is pre-booking?
On Carnival Tuesday 2022 we opened for pre-booking which guaranteed masqueraders a spot in The Lost Tribe in the next Trinidad & Tobago Carnival.
The value of your package (US$150) will be applied to your costume at registration. *Please see Terms & Conditions
I pre-booked with the band. How much do I have to pay to confirm my costume?
The pre-booking fee (US$150/TT$938) will be applied to your costume downpayment. To confirm your registration you will have to pay the downpayment balance e.g. US$320/TT$2,000 downpayment amount will require you to submit the balance of US$170/TT$1062.
Masqueraders who wish to add a backpack to their costume, please note you will be required to pay a downpayment equivalent to 50% of the backpack cost by October 15th, 2022 to reserve this add-on.

Does pre-booking mean I have a confirmed spot on the road for 2023?
Your spot is confirmed once you complete your costume selection and the required costume downpayment within 5 days of the start of registration.
Your non-refundable, pre-booking deposit will be applied to your 2023 costume package down payment. You will be required to complete the full down payment of the selected costume package of your choice within five days after the registration start date in August.
Persons who fail to complete their costume package down payment within the first five days after the registration start date will forfeit any and all monies deposited.
Costumes must be paid in full by December 31st, 2022.
Am I guaranteed my first choice section?
Masqueraders who registered between March 1st and 3rd, 2022, and complete their costume downpayment within the first 5 days of registration are guaranteed their first choice section.
I can’t make it for Carnival 2023 anymore.
Can I get a refund or apply my booking fee to another person or for the next Trinidad Carnival?
Our booking fee is non-refundable, non-transferable, and valid only for the 2023 Carnival Season.

When does registration begin?
Registration is carded to begin the week of August 29th, 2022. Please look out for regular email updates from us – ensure our email address firstname.lastname@example.org is added to your safe list.
Where can I see the costumes and prices?
Our Showroom will be open from Monday to Friday 12 pm – 6 pm, and our website will be updated with costume prices and options soon. Stay tuned to our social media accounts for regular updates.
How can I pay for my costume?
A: The Lost Tribe accepts Cash and LINX payment at the Showroom, and Credit Card (Visa & MasterCard) online through our registration website. Cheques are not accepted for payment.
My friend/family/partner wasn’t able to pre-book. How do they get in the band?
The first phase of registration will open only to people who have pre-booked. Open registration will begin after this first phase of pre-booked registration is completed. Please stay tuned to our website and social media for regular updates.
